If for any reason it’s not quite right, we’ve made returns simple and stress-free.
30 Day Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
We offer free returns across Australia.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused or only lightly used
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
If you’ve tried the scent and it’s not for you, that’s completely okay — as long as the bottle is only lightly used, we’re happy to help.
To start a return, simply email us at help@hartinterior.com with your order number.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away.
We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost to you.
No stress. No inconvenience.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Sale Items
All sale items are eligible for return and refund under the same 30-day policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
